ABSENT FINAL EXAM MAKE-UP INFORMATION

As we approach the end of the school year, we would like to remind families of the procedures for summer final exam make-ups in accordance with HCPSS policy.

Final exams cannot be administered early. If a student is absent during a scheduled final exam, a placeholder grade of "Z" will be recorded until the exam is completed. Teachers will grade make-up exams upon their return for the 2026–2027 school year.

Students who need to make up a final exam must register using the Final Exam Registration Form.
