The Course Change Request form will close on Tuesday, August 18 at 12:00 p.m. Once the Course Change Request form closes, we will transition to the schedule change process outlined below.
As a reminder, please note the following regarding course and schedule change requests. There WILL NOT be schedule changes after school starts with the exception of release time, level changes and aiding. The only opportunity will be Aug. 20 and 21. Students and families have had access to confirmed courses since June and the ability to request course changes. We have created a building wide schedule based on these course requests.
On August 19th at 8am, students and families will be able to see a student’s full schedule in Synergy - including courses, periods, and teachers.
School Counselors will be available in Student Services to make any schedule changes:
August 20th 11:30am - 2:30pm
August 21st 8:00am - 11:30am.
Students must come in person during those times. Please be advised that there may be a line when you arrive. Additionally, based on the constraints of the building schedule, changes may not be possible due to full classes, lack of availability, or other reasons.
