PARENTS/GUARDIANS:
To report a student absence, tardy, or early dismissal, please use the Attendance Reporting Form.
For verification purposes, the form must be completed by a parent or guardian using the verified email address on file with HCPSS. The form will automatically verify that an authorized parent/guardian email address has been used.
Important: Students should not submit the Attendance Reporting Form on their own behalf. Submission by a student or anyone other than a verified parent/guardian may result in disciplinary action.
