Obligations

Obligations Students are required to clear all obligations prior to purchasing prom tickets, requesting a parking permit or receiving graduation tickets. Students can review the obligation posters located in the cafeteria. If students are unable to return item(s) payments can be made online at https://osp.osmsinc.com/HowardMD/login.aspx?ReturnURL=Payment.aspx.
