As we start a new year we move into planning for the next school year. Listed below are important dates for course selections and teacher recommendations. Students are encourgaged to investigate electives at our Elective Fair scheduled for January 11 and January 18 during Hawk Time. 

Important Dates:

• January 5th - Parent night for incoming 9th graders. (Presentation)
• January 4th-9th- Teachers will make course recommendations for students on line. Students should expect a conversation with the teachers about recommendations. 
• January 11th- Hawk Time and Lunch Elective Preview (Boards will be available for preview in the cafeteria; running announcements will include elective course offerings.)
• January 17th-20th- Students will be given course registration forms with recommendations. Students are encouraged to meet with teachers to find out specific expectations for electives. 
• January 18th- Elective Opportunities and Selections (Classroom teachers will overview elective opportunities; elective boards will be available for highlights; running announcements will include course offerings.)
• January 20th- All course registration forms should be returned to school.
• January 23rd-Febuary 3rd- Counselors will meet with students to review course selections.
