Obligations

Obligations Students are required to clear all obligations prior to purchasing prom tickets, requesting a parking permit or receiving graduation tickets. Students can review the obligation posters located in the cafeteria. If students are unable to return item(s) payments can be made online at https://osp.osmsinc.com/HowardMD/login.aspx?ReturnURL=Payment.aspx. Please contact Mrs. Allen in the front office regarding obligations at dallen@hcpss.org.

Naviance Survey

Naviance Survey HCPSS middle and high school parents are invited to provide feedback on their use of the Naviance online college and career readiness system. All responses are voluntary and the information collected will be shared with HCPSS school counselors. The survey is open until March 20, 2017.
