The application for the Delegate Vanessa E. Atterbeary and Delegate Frank S. Turner combined Maryland House of Delegates Scholarship Program for the 2018-2019 school year is now open.  Students may begin the application by clicking this link:

Applications will be accepted until March 31st at 11:59pm. All supporting documents must reach our Annapolis office by close of business Friday, March 31st. Anything postmarked after this date will not be accepted. If students have any questions, they may email Susan Trumbule in care of frank.turner@house.state.md.us with their first and last name only in the subject line.
