Everything You Need to Know for P3!

General Info:

  • This is our 16th Annual Post Prom Party (P3)!
  • P3 will be held at MAIN EVENT, 10300 Little Patuxent Pkwy Suite1615, Columbia, MD 
  • Date/Time: April 29-30, 2022 10:30pm-1:30am
  • P3 is sponsored by RIVER HILL HIGH SCHOOL PTSA, INC.
  • Your $25 ticket price includes Bowling, Laser Tag, Unlimited Video Games, Billiards, Shuffleboard, DJ Music Lounge, Unlimited food and beverage and a chance at over $7,500 in cash and prizes!

What to bring:

  • P3 ticket (A link to your ticket can be found on your email confirmation. You can print your ticket, or save the QR code on your phone.)
  • Photo ID (school ID or driver's license)
  • Change of clothes. Garment and bag check will be provided.

What NOT to bring:

  • NO food or liquids. Do not bring anything else you cannot take to school.

Check-in / Entry:

  1. Enter at the Main Event doors facing the Mall parking lot.
  2. You must arrive at P3 before 11:30pm. There will be no entry after 11:30!
  3. Have your ticket ready to be scanned. 
  4. Guests (non RHHS students or 9th/10th grade students) must check in with their date/host.
  5. All bags will be inspected immediately after entry. (TIP*- If you do not bring a bag, you can skip security and go straight to check-in). 
  6. After ticket scanning and security, you will proceed to check-in, where you will be asked to present your photo ID and ticket to receive your event packet containing:
  • Event Badge/Lanyard (students must wear their lanyard through the whole event)
  • Main Event Unlimited Arcade Game Card
  • 50 Prize Raffle Tickets
  • T-shirt Coupon

Changing areas and a secured Clothing/Bag Check area are available at Main Event.

Please hold on to your ticket. You will need it in order to be scanned out/exit the event. TIP*: Take a screenshot of your QR code and keep it on your phone -OR- put your paper ticket in your lanyard holder for safe-keeping.

Prizes:

  • Over $7,500 in cash and prizes will be given throughout the evening. Prizes include TVs, gaming consoles, Apple watches, AirPods, Prize Packages, Gift Cards and much much more!
  • RHHS Seniors will automatically be entered for two cash drawings of $500 each.
  • RHHS Juniors will automatically be entered for two cash drawings of $250 each.
  • Use your 50 raffle tickets to sign up to win in the Prize Central area.
  • Prizes will be announced every 15 minutes throughout the evening.
  • You must be present to claim prizes. 
  • Don’t miss out on the big ticket prizes! The later you stay, the bigger the prizes, and you MUST be present to win!  

Check-Out:

  • This is not a lock-in event; however, students must remain at P3 until at least 12:00am.
  • Present your T-shirt coupon at the T-shirt table before leaving to receive your commemorative event T-shirt.
  • Present your ticket/QR code to be scanned at the Exit doors prior to departure.
  • Once checked out, students will not be permitted to re-enter the party.

Transportation to P3:

Students have the choice of providing their own transportation from Prom to P3 or taking the RHHS PTSA-provided buses for an additional fee. The cost to ride the bus is $10 and students must pay the fee IN ADVANCE. They may NOT pay to ride the bus at Prom. 

***Bus Riders may drop a change-of-clothes bag off at school anytime before Noon on Friday and we will transport it to P3 for you so it is waiting there at Coat Check upon your arrival to P3! Make sure the bag is labeled with your name and phone number!

P3 Rules & Guidelines:

  • This event is an alcohol-free/tobacco-free/drug-free celebration full of fun activities following the RHHS Prom. NO ALCOHOL, NO DRUGS AND NO SMOKING (INCLUDING E-CIGARETTES) ARE ALLOWED. If a student or guest exhibits any signs of usage of said items, the parent/guardian will be called to pick up the student and/or guest.
  • Participants are encouraged to come directly from Prom to P3.
  • All bags will be inspected prior to entry. No liquids of any kind may be brought in (e.g., perfume, beverages, etc.).
  • Check-in begins at 10:30pm and ends at 11:30pm. NO student will be admitted after 11:30pm. 
  • Picture ID (school ID or driver's license) and your paper/e-ticket is required for entry to P3. 
  • Guests must arrive at P3 with their River Hill HS student host/date.
  • P3 is not a lock-in. All participants are encouraged not to leave the event prior to 12:00am. Once checked out, students will not be permitted to re-enter the party.
  • Appropriate behavior is expected at all times!
