Instructions for Viewing Your Conference Schedule 
1. In the Navigation Panel, select More Options (Family File, Report Card, etc.).
2. Click the Conference Scheduling (View or Schedule ARL/DigEd) link.  
3. Click the View My Conference Schedule link in the left panel. A page displays listing all of the conferences for your children.
 

Instructions for Accessing Virtual Parent-Teacher Conferences 

We strongly recommend choosing CHROME or FIREFOX as your browser. 

1. Got to HCPSS Me 
2. Log in with your STUDENT’S username and password 
3. Select Google Meet 
4. Enter the meeting code (received in e-mail communication 24-hours before your conference) 
5. Some teachers established a URL that allows you to enter the meeting directly (no need to login to HCPSS.me).  Simply paste the URL (eg. meet.google.com/ayq-ttbc-cch) into your browser and request to “Join Meeting.”
