RHHS Parking Permit Information

Parking on school grounds is a privilege for students, and we work to make sure that students who need to drive to school will have the opportunity. Due to a large senior class, parking permits will be given out with the following priority:

• Seniors
• Juniors enrolled in HCPSS internship/work study programs (ARL Internships, GT Mentorship, CTE Site-Based Programs)
• Juniors

Permits will only be given to students who currently have a Maryland Driver’s License. The cost of a parking permit is $15.00. Depending on the demand for parking permits, we may not be able to issue multiple permits to one household initially. We will assess this based on applications received and specific circumstances. Please note that 9th and 10th grade students are not permitted to park on school grounds. If you have any questions, please email patrick_scible@hcpss.org.

To Apply for a Parking Permit:

1. Download and complete the Parking Application and Teen Driving Contract
2. Drop off the completed application and contract to the box in front of the school starting on Monday, August 16th – DO NOT INCLUDE PAYMENT
3. We will contact students directly when the application is reviewed and processed with information on purchasing and picking up parking permits
