RHHS Book Distribution - Wednesday, February 3, 2021
9:00 – 11:00 AM and 1:00 – 3:00 PM
Please read carefully below. We have included information about textbook distribution. Not every student will need to come to the school to pick up textbooks. Some course materials are online, or do not utilize a textbook.
The following courses have textbooks to be picked up:

Art/Photo classes (Photo1/Photo1 GT, Art 2/Art 2 GT, Art 1 CC and Art Studio) will distribute Art packets at RHHS on February 17th from 9 am – 2pm.
Pick-up will be at separate tables for department textbooks and materials, so cars should be prepared to make several stops. If you only have one item to pick up, you will still be expected to follow the single car lane and only pull out of that lane to exit the school property. It will be important for everyone to be patient and drive safely.
As you approach the school, please have YOUR STUDENT’S NAME AND GRADE posted on an 8 ½ x 11 piece of paper on the passenger side windshield.
If you missed the textbook/materials drop-off on January 27th and you still have textbooks/materials to return to RHHS please bring the items on Wednesday, February 3rd. Each item must be in a separate plastic bag. Each bag should include this form or an index card/paper with the required information.
General Guidelines
1. Our number one priority is to ensure the safety and well-being of every student, staff and family member.
2. Students and parents/guardians should remain in their cars and adhere to social distancing guidelines throughout this process. Students and parents/guardians must wear masks.
3. Staff members will be wearing masks. Staff should also adhere to social distancing guidelines throughout the process by remaining at least 6 feet apart at all times.
4. Students and parents/guardians will not be allowed entry into the school building for any reason.
We ask that you make every effort to get your student’s textbooks on Wednesday, February 3rd. If you need to arrange an alternate pickup time, please contact Karina Carr at karina_carr@hcpss.org.
