Collection of Semester 1 Books/Materials – January 27th
The collection day for Semester 1 will begin on Wednesday, January 27th. The morning session will run 9-11 AM and the pm session will run 1-3 PM. Please do your best to drop off all materials on this collection day.
Drop-off will be at separate tables for department textbooks and materials, so cars should be prepared to make several stops. If you only have one item to drop off, you will still be expected to follow the single car lane and only pull out of that lane to exit the school property. It will be important for everyone to be patient and drive safely.
Each item must be in a separate plastic bag. Each bag should include this form or an index card/paper with the required information.
Instrument Collection: Students should check with their music teachers for any additional directions.
1. Our number one priority is to ensure the safety and well-being of every student, staff and family member.
2. Students and parents/guardians should remain in their cars and adhere to social distancing guidelines throughout this process. Students and parents/guardians must wear masks.
3. Staff members will be wearing masks. Staff should also adhere to social distancing guidelines throughout the process by remaining at least 6 feet apart at all times.
4. Students and parents/guardians will not be allowed entry into the school building for any reason.
