The club/activity chartering process for the 2020-2021 school year is now live!

There are some additional guidelines in place this year that need to be considered by sponsors/students:

• All club meetings should be conducted via Google Meet utilizing HCPSS accounts (never in person)
• A standardized google meet code will be given to clubs when they complete the registration process (RHHS-"CLUBNAME")
• All virtual meetings/gatherings must be attended by the club sponsor
• Fundraising is being strictly limited- please communicate with Mr. Lauer for fundraising questions
• Every club/activity must complete the following steps in order to be a chartered club at RHHS. Even if you previously filled out the 2019/2020 form, you still need to complete this process.

Fill out THIS (Links to an external site.) form to provide a snapshot of your Club/Activity.

• You will then receive an email from Mr. McCoy which will include a link to the Budget and Calendar Form. Please fill that form out so that we have information regarding your club's fundraising needs and potential space needs within the building for scheduling purposes.  Mr. McCoy will also set up a meeting with you.
• Meet with Mr. McCoy via Google Meet to receive canvas privileges and discuss fundraising.

While completing the forms, please be as thorough as you can. With this information, we will be able to plan the event calendar for the coming year and look into getting funds from the school/boosters for some of your expenses.

After your club/activity completes the registration process, it will be moved to the list of current 2020-2021 clubs/activities on canvas. It is the responsibility of the Sponsors, Presidents, and additional Student Leaders to maintain and update the Canvas page with information regarding meeting times, sponsors, officers, etc.
