Mr. Paul Hugus has been selected by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association as the Boys' High School Coach of the Year for the state of Maryland Cross Country season.  This honor is based upon the performance of the RHHS team throughout the 2016 season and is a reflection of the hard work and dedication of the student athletes, the coaching staff, and the school athletic program.

The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) is a non-profit professional organization representing cross country and track & field coaches of all levels.  The orgranization represents over 9,000 coaching members and serves as an advocate for cross country and track & field coaches while providing a leadership structure to support the needs of membership and stakeholders.  The USTFCCCA is proud to bring this well-deserved recognition to Coach Hugus and the RHHS cross-country program.
