Have you ever wanted to hike along a glacier? Does the history Vikings interest you? Do you want to stare up at the Aurora Borealis? Then it sounds like you want to go to Iceland! Mr. DiFato and Mrs. Chamness are taking science and history students on a trip to Iceland during spring break 2017. The trip is from April 8-13. Students will see all of beautiful sights of Iceland while learning about its history and conducting science experiments. Twenty students are already signed up for the trip, and the maximum number going will be forty. If anyone is interested, there is a mandatory parent meeting on Sept. 28 at 6:30 pm in the media center. If your student is interested, please plan to attend the meeting and have your student talk to Mr. DiFato or Mrs. Chamness. Please direct all questions to Mr. DiFato (john_difato@hcpss.org)
