Class of 2017 Families and Friends,

Participate in our celebration of River Hill's homecoming hallway decorating contest tradition! Each of the four hallways in the building are dedicated to a different graduating class, who decorate their hallway with a chosen theme.  Teachers vote on their favorite hallway and the winning class will receive points.

We are also seeking parent volunteers to assist with decorating our hallway on October 4 from 2:30-7:00pm.  Please email Riverhill2017@yahoo.com if you are interested.

The Class of 2017 SGA is working with seniors to create an underwater palace in the main hallway - Café and Guidance area.  Seniors are seeking donations of the following materials to help win this competition:

- Cardboard
- Paint (acrylic) - Any color
- Chicken wire
- Duct tape - grey
- Pool noodles - any color (think ocean/underwater)
- Plastic fish tank - any size, prefer 10 gallon
- Blue gossamer fabric
- Construction paper - any color (think ocean/underwater)
- Liquid glue & flour for papier-mâché
- Tissue paper - pastel
- White or clear balloons
- White string
- Spray paint - any color
- Anything that generally has to do with underwater

We would appreciate having your generous donations at your earliest convenience.  All materials should be marked, "Class of 2017" and can be dropped off at the front office.
