Dear RHHS Community,

I am thrilled to be joining the River Hill High School family and I look forward to serving the River Hill community.  Already, I have had the pleasure of meeting some amazing students and staff and am excited about the work we are going to do together. 

After graduating from high school, I attended the University of Maryland College Park where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Secondary Science Education.  I then went on to earn a Master of Science from The Johns Hopkins University. What brought me to the field of education is my love of children and learning as well as the many wonderful experiences I had as a HCPSS student.   

When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with family and friends: reading, running, kayaking, playing golf, and spending time in the yard with my husband and our two dogs.
