Welcome to River Hill High School. Please join us for our Freshmen Student Orientation on Thursday, August 25, at 8:15 am.  This will be a great opportunity for our 9th graders and new students to become acclimated to our school. Parents are also invited to meet in the auditorium from 8:30 am - 9:00 am for a general information session.  Students will gather in the cafeteria around 8:15-8:30 am where they will catch up with friends and meet some new classmates.  As part of their morning agenda, they will engage in get-to-know-you activities, take a tour of the building, watch a video with tips for success in high school, and take a quick walk-around with their schedules in order to meet their teachers and find the right classroom locations. The students will also experience school spirit in a pep rally in the gym. The orientation activities will conclude with a pizza lunch and students should be picked up by 12:00 noon. We look forward to meeting new students and are excited about all of the strengths and energy that they will bring to the River Hill School community.   

New students in 10th, 11th, and 12th grades are invited to meet their counselors in Student Services from 10:00-11:00 am.  They will also have the chance to review their schedule, visit the classrooms, and ask questions.
