Dear River Hill Families,

During the very HOT July week, I hope you are enjoying some cool relaxation.  I know many student athletes are training for try-outs or working out in AP Boot Camp; please drink lots of water and be safe.As you drive by our campus, you will see that work continues on our turf field. We anticipate that the turf installation will be completed by fall sports try-outs and we are hoping the gym floors will be ready as well.  Thank you all for your patience during this is a very long process.

You probably have also noticed the heavy equipment and staging area for the roof project as well.  The work has progressed very well and the plan includes installation over the main office to begin as early as July 28 and wrap up approximately August 9.  During that time the front entrance will be restricted for safety and the Administrative Offices will operate in the Student Service Offices.  Please call before you come to the office and note that you will need to enter through the Cafeteria doors.

Please excuse our clutter in Student Services.  These offices have been updated with new furniture and the moving of files and materials is happening between summer scheduling and summer vacations.

Whether you are enjoying vacations or staycations this summer, I hope the time with family is fun.  Once we turn the calendar to August, you can expect our summer mailing with communication updates, fall sports information, and student schedules.
