AP Exam Registration Information

Important Dates:

Test Dates:  May 2-6, May 9-13, 2016


Registration will be accepted between February 11th – March 18th

Important Information: 

  • Late Registration (with a $25.00 late fee) will be accepted March 18th – April 8th (Note that the
  • RHHS Guidance Office is closed during Spring Break)
  • No Registrations OR cancellations will be accepted after 2:30 PM on Friday, April 8th.
  • Late Testing (May 18-20) may be arranged:
  • If students are scheduled to take two exams during the same exam period, such as Chemistry and Environmental Science on Monday morning, May 2nd. 
  • Under special circumstances (e.g., illness, family emergency) with an additional $55.00 fee.
  • Fees:  $92.00 per exam
  • The College Board must approve disability accommodations.  Accommodations (e.g., extra time, Braille format, word processor, etc.) are available to students with documented disabilities. If you have a disability, but have not documented it with the College Board, contact Mr. Vangeli in your Guidance office, ASAP!
  • Ensure you select the appropriate exam.  Pay attention when selecting similar exams such as Calculus AB versus Calculus BC or English Language versus English Literature. 

 

Register Online through Naviance:

  1. Go to www.naviance.com to register
  2. Click on the About Me Tab.
  3. Complete 2016 AP Registration Form.
  4. Click the Submit Form button
  5. Click on the About Me Tab
  6. Click on the Survey History
  7. Click on the 2016 AP Registration Form
  8. Print completed AP Registration Form
  9. Print your Last Name, First Name in the upper right hand corner of the printed page
  10. Print your check number, $ amount of check/cash under name printed in the upper right hand corner of the printed page
  11. Instruct parent to sign form
  12. Deliver form and payment to the AP Registration Box located in the RHHS Guidance Office

If you have not printed the form and submitted it with a check/cash to the Guidance office,you are NOT registered for the AP Exams.

You will forfeit your exam fees if you do not take a test.
