Parent/Teacher Conferences

HCPSS will be using Synergy Conference Management to schedule Parent–Teacher conferences. Synergy Conference Management provides a simple user interface and easy navigation. From January 21 – 28, parents can log into HCPSS Connect to view and select from the time slots provided by the teacher to schedule a conference.  Teachers will be available for conferences on either February 4th or 5th.  There are limited slots for Parent/Teacher Conferences in February; therefore, we kindly request you consider making an appointment only if you have a concern/question with your student’s performance.

Parent/Teacher conferences can be scheduled directly with a Teacher outside of the February conference window.  To schedule a meeting outside of the conference window, please contact the teacher directly via email.  Please allow a minimum response time of 24 hours.

Scheduling window will be open from Thursday, January 21, 8:00am through Thursday, January 28, 3:30pm.
