Congratulations to the RHHS students who placed in the Howard County PTA Reflections arts program! Students created original art for this year’s Reflections theme, “Within Reach." Those who placed first at the county level will proceed to Maryland PTA for judging at the state level. Many thanks to all who submitted entries!
