College Board Cell Phone and Wearable Technology Policy

Tue, 10/31/2017 - 7:30am

College Board has updated their Cell Phone and Wearable Technology policy. The College Board is requiring that SAT test center staff collect all cell phones and wearable technology from test takers before administering the exam. If your device makes noise or if you are seen using it at any time before testing is complete, including during breaks, it is grounds for immediate dismissal and score cancellation. The device may be confiscated and its contents inspected. The College Board is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items, including cell phones, while you are in the test center.

River Hill High School is a Test Center for the November 4 and December 2 SAT Exams. Please do not bring your phone or other electronic devices to the SAT Exam. Leave your phone at home or in your car.
Please  go to College Board website to see the entire policy.
